Number Of Ingredients 9

1/4 onion chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper chopped
1 cup peas frozen
3 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans milk (soup can size)
1 (7-ounce) can tuna in water
6 cups cooked or brown or white rice
2/3 cup mozzarella cheese part-skim, grated
2-3 cups cornflakes, coarsely crushed

Steps:

  • Sauté onion, green pepper, and peas. Add soup, milk, and tuna. Heat through and serve over cooked noodles or rice. Top with cheese and cornflakes. (Kids also love "a few" crumbled potato chips on top.) Time Saving Variation: Blend soup, peas, and tuna gently into cooked noodles. Spread in 9 x 13 x 2 glass baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Top with cheese and cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
