COLORFUL BEAN SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 Can Garbanzo Beans
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Corn
2 Cups red, yellow, orange bell peppers diced small
4 Green Onions
2 Serrano Chilis- seeded and diced very fine
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup diced sweet onion
1 cup cilantro (add just before serving)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients and then toss together with red wine vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper.
