COKE STEAK MARINADE image

Number Of Ingredients 10

one 12 oz can of Coke
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp honey
5-6 cloves of garlic, minced
1 Tbsp minced ginger
2 Tsp red pepper flake
1 Tbsp orange juice
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in blender. Marinate steaks 4-6 hours. Reduce remainder of marinade to a glaze.
