Number Of Ingredients 8

1 Cup heavy cream
8 oz cream cheese
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 T vanilla
1 tsp grated lemon rind
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 T sugar
2 T grand marnier

Steps:

  • whip heavy cream and set aside. beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until light and smooth. add vanilla and lemon zest. Fold in the whipped cream. Line 6 heart shaped molds with moist cheese cloth. fill with cream mixture and fold cheesecloth over each. chill at lease 4 hours. mix strawberries, sugar and grand marnier. let macerate for at least 20 minutes. spoon sauce over hearts.
