Coconut Milk Pudding - Le Tasty Kitchen image

1 cup Grated Coconut
200 milliliters Fresh cream
1/4 cup Sugar
1 China Grass
1/2 tablespoon Vanilla Essence
3 tablespoons Corn flour
1 cup Water

Steps:

  • Add freshly grated coconut to the juicer and take thick coconut milk. Set it aside. Heat some water in a pan. Add China grass to this. When the China grass dissolves, set it aside.
  • In another pan, add the fresh cream, sugar, and whisk. Once the sugar is dissolved, add the dissolved china grass. Add vanilla essence and cornflour mix to this. Wipe until the mixture thickens.
  • Turn off the heat and add coconut milk. Turn on the stove and continue to wipe until the mixture thickens with a pudding consistency. Pour the coconut milk pudding into a personal serving cup. Refrigerate it for 4 hours before serving. Super delicious coconut milk pudding is ready to serve.
