Coco-Loco Chocolate Fondue is crazy good. Grease your slow cooker with cooking spray, then add in one package milk chocolate morsels, one package dark chocolate morsels, one package semi-sweet chocolate morsels, one can cream of coconut, one can evaporated milk, a cup of hot strong brewed coffee, and two teaspoons of vanilla extract. Cover and let the mixture cook on LOW for 3 hours. Put the fondue in the center of the table and allow guests to choose from a variety of toppings. We recommend shortbread cookies, pretzel rods, strawberries, and pineapple slices. The salty sweet combination of pretzel rods will be a fan favorite. 1 (10-oz.) package dark chocolate morsels
1 (12-oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (15-oz.) can cream of coconut
1 (12-oz.) can evaporated milk
1 cup hot strong brewed coffee
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Shortbread cookies, pretzel rods, strawberries, and pineapple slices

Steps:

  • Lightly grease a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine first 7 ingredients in slow cooker; stir until smooth. Cover and cook on LOW 3 hours.
