This is a quick and easy treat for you banana lovers. When I have company I always double the batch. This can also be served over pound cake and my son has eaten it over ice cream as well. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. In a medium skillet, whisk together the cream of coconut and cinnamon. Bring to a boil and add the banana's and vanilla. stir and continue cooking for 2 - 3 minutes.
- 2. Plate your cake, 3 slices per plate. Ladle half the banana's and syrup over cake. Add a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- 3. Yum! My son loves this quick and easy treat!
