How to make Clinton Kelly's Russian Dressing

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 used jar of Ketchup (about 1/4 cup remaining)
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons diced Pickles (or pickle relish)
1 1/2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
Mixed Green Salad or Turkey Rueben Sandwich (to serve)

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients in used ketchup jar.
  • Shake vigorously until emulsified.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Serve over mixed greens or as a spread on Turkey sandwich.
