MY SON TOOK ME N HIS DAD OUT FOR LUNCH N WE HAD A CLAM PIE AT THIS TAVERN....SOOOOO GOOD! MY HUSBAND HAS ALWAYS WANTED ME TO MAKE IT FOR HIM....WELL NOW THAT I LOVE IT....I HAD TO TRY IT...KINDA TASTES LIKE BAKD CLAMS! EASY N DELISH :)

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb pizza dough
1 can(s) choppd clams, drained 6.5 oz (next time i will make with 2 cans)
2 tsp garlic paste (i guess u can use a couple of cloves of garlic minced)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 c slicd mozzerella
1 Tbsp parmesean cheese
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, choppd
1/2 tsp crushd red pepper...optional

Steps:

  • 1. PUT OLIVE OIL IN SMALL DISH ALONG WITH GARLIC N NUKE FOR 20-25 SECONDS (LET COOL SLIGHTLY THEN SPREAD DOUGH ON LIGHTLY OILD PIZZA STONE.
  • 2. SPOON ON N SPREAD GARLIC OIL ON PIZZA DOUGH.
  • 3. SPRINKLE ON CHOPPD CLAMS N CRUSHD RED PEPPER (OPTIONAL)
  • 4. SPRINKLE ON PARMESEAN CHEESE N PLACE MOZZERELLA ONTO PIE. LAST SCATTER ON PARSLEY.
  • 5. PREHEAT UR GRILL TO HIGH N COOK PIZZA FOR 10-12 MINUTES ...... ENJOY :)
