2 ounces gin, preferably Oxley
1 bottle Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic
3 coriander seeds
Grapefruit peel
1 bruised mint sprig

Steps:

  • In a rocks glass, add a large ice cube, gin and tonic. Garnish with coriander seeds, mint and grapefruit peel.
