- In a medium bowl, combine and mix all dry ingredients. In a separate large bowl, beat together everything else. fold in dry mix. Heat a lightly oiled griddle (at 375 degrees) or frying pan over medium low heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
