1/4 cup EVO
1/4 cup CILANTRO STEMS, FINELY CHOPPED
1/2 cup CILANTOR LEAVES
4 cloves GARLIC CLOVES, FINELY CHOPPED
1 piece CHILE DE ARBOL, CRUSHED
3 tablespoons TEQUILA BLANCO
1-1/2 pounds SHRIMP, PEELED W/ TAILS ON
1 teaspoon KOSHER SALT
3/4 teaspoon BLACK PEPPER
3 tablespoons LIME JUICE
1 loaf BAGUETTE

Steps:

  • HEAT BUTTER & OIL TO MED HIGH. ADD STEMS, GARLIC & CHILI. COOK2 MINUTES
  • ADD TEQUILA, COOK 1 MINUTE UNTIL LIQUID IS EVAPORATED
  • ADD SHRIMP, SALT & PEPPER, COOK 4-5 MINUTES
  • STIR IN LIME JUICE AND CILANTRO LEAVES
