Steps:
- zest and juice the lime. Make sure you rinse your rice well. Add rice, water, 1/2 the lime juice, and a pinch of salt to a rice cooker. When the rice is done, fold in the cilantro, lime zest, and remaining lime juice. Season to taste with the salt.
