This is a recipe that was handed down to me by my Mom. I use it Christmas morning because I can make it the night before, store it in the refrigerator and throw it in the oven Christmas morning to cook while the family opens gifts. Once gift opening is done - breakfast is ready! Kids love it.

Steps:
- 1. In a 9X13 glass baking dish, place 8 slices of bread. Cover bread with 8 slices of ham or peameal. Lay 8 slices of cheddar cheese on top of bacon or ham then cover with remaining 8 slices of bread. Should look like a sandwich.
- 2. In a bowl, beat eggs with salt and pepper. To the egg mixture add dry mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce and milk. Pour over sandwiches. Cover and let stand in fridge overnight.
- 3. In morning, melt 1/4 lb. butter and pour over top of casserole. Cover with crushed corn flakes or special K.
- 4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let sit for 10 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit or hot cinnamon rolls.
