We LOVE Chow Mein/Chop Suey in my family! However, my mom always gets really sick when we get take out. So, my dad asked me to find a a recipe so he could make it for my mom for Mother's Day. So, I found a base and we totally made it better! It is amazing!!!!

Steps:
- 1. Heat oil in a large, deep skillet. Sear pork until it turns white. Add onion, celery, and mushrooms and saute until softened. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 2. Add chicken broth, Chinese vegetables, and bean sprouts, heat to boiling.
- 3. In a small bowl combine the cold water, cornstarch, soy sauce, and sugar. Mix together and add to skillet mixture. Cook for 5 minutes or until thickened.
