Steps:
- 1. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat
- 2. Stir in flour increasing heat until mixture bubbles gently
- 3. Cook 2 minutes
- 4. Remove pan from heat, add milk and stir, return to heat stirring constantly
- 5. Stir until mixture comes to a boil
- 6. Reduce heat to medium, stirring constantly adding more milk if mixture becomes too thick
- 7. Season with salt and pepper, add eggs and mix.
