Bad to the bone good. This is one of the best chocolate sauces I have ever tasted. I love it on ice cream, cakes, etc. I have tried several recipes in the past for chocolate sauce but this is my favorite one of all. Number Of Ingredients 4

1 stick butter
2 squares semi-sweet bakers chocolate
6 oz evaporated milk
1 c sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together & bring to a boil using medium-low heat. Remove from heat and serve warm or cold.
  • 2. Note: this can set on counter 2 to 3 days without refrigerating.
