Steps:
- Cream together yolks, water, vanilla and sugar. Add the flour, cocoa and baking powder to the yolk mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into the Chocolate mixture into whites. Prepare a 10 X 16 jelly roll pan by greasing the bottom, line with parchment paper, grease and flour the paper. Pour cake batter into pan and bake at 350° for 15 - 18 minutes. Flip warm cake onto powder sugared paper towels. Roll up with paper towels inside the cake. Let stand and cool. Whip the whipping cream, vanilla and powdered sugar. Unroll the cake and spread onto of the cooled cake. Roll up again. Melt the chocolate chips and cream over low heat until chops are melted and mixture begins to thicken. Spread over cake.
