Steps:
- Mix crushed cookies and butter in 13x9-inch pan. Press mixture firmly onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 Tbsp. milk in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Pour 3 cups milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
- Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Cut into 16 squares to serve. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
