CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO CANNOLI image

1/4c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4c finely chopped pistachios
12 mini cannoli shells
1c. fresh ricotta
1/2c. confectioners sugar plus more for dusting
1t. orange zest
1T. orange juice
pinch of cinnamon
2T. cream

Steps:

  • melt chocolate. dip both ends of cannoli in choc. and then pistachios. refrigerate. beat everything but cream til fluffy (@10 mins.) add cream and beat 2 mins. cover and refrigerate at least 30 mins. pipe into shells , dust with sugar.
