CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PINWHEELS image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 C shortening
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 C flour
1 t soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 C peanut butter
1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Combine shortening, sugar, peanut butter and egg. Sift flour, soda, and salt together. Add to sugar mixture. Pat out on oiled paper to about 14 x 9 rectangle. Melt chocolate chips and spread over dough. Roll. Place in refrigerator about 30 min. Slice and put on baking sheet. Bake 375, 8-10 min.
