Chocolate Mousse Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (6-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups non-dairy frozen whipped topping
1 Keebler® Ready Crust® chocolate cookie crumb pie crust

Steps:

  • 1. In small saucepan sprinkle gelatin over milk. Let stand for 5 minutes. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Stir in chocolate morsels until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.2. Refrigerate, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds when dropped from spoon. Fold in whipped topping. Spread in crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.3. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
