CHOCOLATE MAYO CAKE
One of my coworkers gave me this recipe. It's a simple cake but extra good with a special frosting.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 deg. Grease and flour 2 9" cake pans. In a large bowl,at low speed blend all ingredients 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed 2 mins. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool in pans 10 mins. Remove from pans,cool on wire rack. Fill and frost. Frosting:Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping.
