Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake Fondue Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped (or substitute chocolate chips)
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened & cubed
1 c heavy cream
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c hazelnut liqueur
1 T pure vanilla extract
Graham crackers, sugar cookies, shortbread & madeleines for dipping

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in med sized fondue pot (or the top of a double boiler over simmering water). Heat over very low setting, stirring frequently until the chocolate has melted. Serve fondue over low heat with dippers listed above.
