3/4 cup whipping cream, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate, melted, cooled

Steps:

Beat 1/2 cup cream in medium bowl with mixer on high speed until soft peaks form; spoon into small bowl. Reserve for later use.
Pour remaining cream into same medium bowl. Add cream cheese and sugar; beat on medium speed until well blended. Add chocolate; mix well. Gently stir in whipped cream.
Refrigerate 30 min.
