Steps:
- 1. Melt chocolate in mini crock pot or microwave. (see notes)
- 2. Stir in 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut oil to melted chocolate to thin it just a bit.
- 3. Dip strawberries in melted chocolate and place on parchment covered baking sheets.
- 4. Using a small spoon sprinkle some of the strawberries with chopped nuts, graham cracker crumbs, sprinkles or crushed cookies. Place in refrigerator to set.
- 5. If drizzling strawberries spoon several tablespoons melted chocolate in a zipper sandwich bag and snip off a tiny corner. Drizzle over fully set strawberries.
