Steps:
- 1. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Lay out matzoh on foil. Cover all spaces. Break matzoh to fit all the spaces. 2. Melt 1 stick + 2 tbsp. margarine. Add 2/3 c. sugar and bring to a boil. 3. Pour over matzoh and bake 12 minutes at 350. Take out of oven and immediately put on the semisweet chips. Let them set a few minutes. Then spread to edges. Sprinkle with nuts. 4. Refrigerate until cold and peel off foil and break into pieces. May freeze.
