Super easy and tastes like a Mexican Hot Chocolate on steroids. Prep time doesn't include refrigeration time.

Steps:
- Combine chocolate and milk in a double boiler over simmering water. Stir frequently until chocolate is melted.
- Take mixture off the heat. Stir in baileys, rum, and cinnamon until well combined. Pour into a blender container. Add the banana chunks and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate the mixture until it is cold, at least four hours. Churn in your ice-cream machine per the manufacturers instructions. To serve, scoop into bowls and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Optionally, use the manual freezing method below.
- OPTIONAL METHOD: Pour mixture into a plastic or metal bowl. Cover and freeze for at least four hours. Garnish with cinnamon before serving.
