1/2 cup(s) butter (room temperature)
CHOCOLATE CHIP NUTELLA COOKIES
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
1/2 cup(s) light brown sugar
1/2 cup(s) nutella
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1 1/2 cup(s) flour (all-purpose)
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1/3 cup(s) chocolate chips, mini

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, about 1 minute - until smooth. Add both sugars, beat on high speed about 3 minutes, until light and fluffy, scraping bowl as needed. With mixer on low, add egg and vanilla. Then add Nutella and mix well. In a seperate bowl whisk flour, soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients, and mix on low until incorporated. At medium speed, mix until dough is smooth. Fold in chips. Form dough into balls and place on greased cookie sheet about 1 - 2" apart (they may spread in the oven.) Bake 6 to 7 minutes. Let cool completely.
