Steps:
- 1. Cook bacon. Remove all but 1 tsp. drippings. In drippings saute apple until tender. Add onion, applesauce, peppers and bacon; saute 2 minutes. 2. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast; stuff with apple mixture. In skillet brown chicken in oil on both sides. Transfer to ungreased baking dish. Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes. 3. Add flour, apple juice, salt and pepper to skillet; stir to loosen browned bits. Bring to boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or thickened. Serve over chicken.
