Steps:
- 1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high to high heat.
- 2. Add the garlic and ginger.
- 3. Stir-fry briefly until aromatic.
- 4. Turn the heat down to medium and stir in the other ingredients.
- 5. Heat through and remove from the stove.
- 6. Cool and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
