1 tablespoon soy sauce is a little so season to taste with it. There is no salt added to this recipe it all comes from the sauce sauce. I usually just add at the end and keep tasting it until it's how I like it.

Steps:
- 1. Heat canola oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
- 2. Add carrots and peas. Cook for 2 minutes or until tender. Move to side of pan.
- 3. Add egg. Fry, cutting into small pieces. Mix all together.
- 4. Add quinoa and cooked chicken. Stir.
- 5. Add soy sauce. Stir. Heat through.
