Dressing:
Sticks-Soak for 1 hour
2 1/2 Pounds Chicken Thighs
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp Hoisin Sauce
4 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/8 tsp white pepper
2 Tbsp pineapple juice
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp Sherry wine
? 5 spice Chinese powder
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp oyster sauce
2 1/2 Tbsp Bullhead BBQ Sauce

Steps:

  • Fry 1 min Bake 350 for 35-40 min on rack--flip over halfway through.
