Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray square baking dish with cooking spray.
- 2. Combine chicken, celery, bell pepper and onion in the dish and sprinkle with garlic.
- 3. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour on top of chicken and vegetables.
- 4. Cover dish with foil and bake for one hour. Serve on rice.
