Chinese Broccoli Slaw image

Super easy, yet super delicious. Fantastic side dish for card club, church dinners and veggie dinners.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pkg chicken flavor ramen noodles
1/3 c balsamic vinegar
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c vegetable oil
8 oz broccoli slaw mix
1/2 c almonds, sunflower seeds, or rice noodles (or all three, if you like crunchy)

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, combine the flavor package of soup (from the Ramen noodle package) with the oil, sugar and vinegar.
  • 2. Add the broccoli slaw.
  • 3. Crush up the Ramen noodles & mix in.
  • 4. Mix all well and top with the almonds and/or sunflower seeds and/or rice noodles.
  • 5. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
