this is one of those recipes- from years ago- that my family enjoyed from toddler to adulthood-and now request often.

Steps:
- 1. Saute onion and ground beef til meat no longer pink.Drain
- 2. Add soups, celery, rice, water, soy sauce and pepper.stir together
- 3. Pour into greased, deep casserole dish and cover.Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.Remove from oven
- 4. Stir, then serve over Chow mein noodles (or it can be served over steamed rice for those not caring for chow mein noodles) Approx. 6 servings
