Number Of Ingredients 8

1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
1 medium Onion, chopped
24 ounces Ketchup (Brooks is best but generic is fine)
1 small can Rays (orange can) Coney Island hot dog sauce
3 T. Brown Sugar
3 T. Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 lb elbow macaroni

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Combine with other ingredients with meat and onions and heat through. Salt and pepper mixture to taste. Serve over fresh cooked macaroni. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired.
