Chili Cream Cheese Dip image

Easily transportable! Use a good chili, not a mild one. The first time I used Hormel, and it wasn't strong enough to counter the cream cheese in a nice balance. Made at Christmas and everyone loved it...this was a recipe shared by a fellow Longaberger consultant when I sold Longaberger! I am so glad they shared!

Number Of Ingredients 4

8 oz cream cheese, at room temp
1 can(s) chili
shredded cheddar cheese
fritos or other chips

Steps:

  • 1. Take the cream cheese and put on pie plate. when room temperature, cover with chili sauce and sprinkle with cheddar. put in microwave 45 seconds or more on high until it softens and is warm. Serve with chips.
