17oz Can Cream Corn
4oz Can Diced Green Chilis
3.5oz Jar Diced Pimentos
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
2 Eggs Slightly Beaten
1/2 Cup Yellow Cornmeal
1/2tsp Salt
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Cups Diced Cheese

Steps:

  • Mix together, put in greased casserole at 325 until set, usually about 1-1.5 hours
