Steps:
- Pat dry chicken. Season with salt & pepper. Brown chicken in pan. Remove excess oil from pan. Return chicken to pan. Ladle salsa through fine strainer over chicken. Scatter reserved bacon from Salsa over chicken & scatter figs. Bring sauce to a boil, cover and cook until chicken is tender and figs are soft and have started to dissolve into sauce, about 1 hr.
