2 Tablespoon Butter
1 Small Onion
1/4 Pound Mushrooms
JOHNNIE WALKER Red
1/4 cup, warmed
1/2 cup Chicken broth or bouillon
Sour cream - 1 cup, at room temperature
1 To taste Salt
To Taste Pepper

  • In a large casserole or skillet, heat the oil and the butter.
  • Add the chicken pieces, a few at a time and fry them until evenly browned.
