Chicken & Stuffing Bake image

I adopted this from this site so it is not mine. I will take a picture and post. It is in the oven now.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 pkg stuffing mix, chicken
1/2 c carrots, chopped
1/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 c celery, chopped
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c milk
1 tsp parsley
6 chicken breasts
1 tsp paprika

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400. Saute veggies in olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste
  • 2. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions add sauted vegetables
  • 3. Combine soup, milk and parsley, set aside.
  • 4. Arrange stuffing across center of 3 quart baking dish.
  • 5. Spoon small amount of soup mixture on bottom of casserole on either side of stuffing.
  • 6. Arrange chicken breasts on soup mix, overlap if necessary.
  • 7. Sprinkle with paprika.
  • 8. Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.
  • 9. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
  • 10. Uncover and bake another 10 - 15 minutes.
  • 11. Stir sauce before serving.
  • 12. Garnish with extra parsley
