Steps:
- 1. At least 6 hours prior to grilling... Pound chicken breasts until 1/2 inch thick or less Combine 1/4 cup apple juice concentrate, 2 tbs cooking oil, soy sauce, white wine vinegar and savory; add to plastic bag with pounded chicken breasts. Marinate for 6 to 24 hours 2. Dressing: Combine mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons apple juice concentrate, mustard, salt and pepper. 3. Spiced Nuts: combine pecans, melted butter, cumin, cayenne pepper and salt. Bake at 350 on a cookie sheet for ~10 minutes, stirring once or twice, until brown 4. Grilling: Brush with reserved marinade after turning 5. Slice chicken diagonally into 1/2 inch strips; arrange over greens in serving bowl; arrange sliced apples over that; top with dressing followed by sprinkling with spiced nuts
