CHICKEN SALAD, NEIMAN MARCUS image

Yield 6 cups (8+ sandwiches)

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup sliced or halved purple grapes (seedless)
1 dash white vinegar shopping list
1/2 cup sliced toasted almonds
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup whipped heavy cream (set aside)

Steps:

  • Fold first eight ingredients gently together, then fold in whipped cream. Chill and serve over Boston Bibb Lettuce or atop a croissant. Cook time is chilling time.......
