Chicken Romanov image

Number Of Ingredients 12

2 1/2 lb chicken breast meat
16 oz fine egg noodles (must be fine )
24 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
1 medium diced onion
1/4 c parsley flakes
4 clove garlic
3 Tbsp butter
1 c italian bread crumbs
pinch black pepper
1/2 c thin sliced mushrooms
1 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. boil chicken and garlic until done , then cut in to small bite size pieces , reserve water
  • 2. boil noodles in reserved water from chicken.. cook according to package and drain
  • 3. mix cut chicken, noodles, 16 oz of sour cream, 8 oz of cream cheese, diced onion,sliced mushrooms, parsley, and black pepper. Pour into Large casserole dish top with remaining sour cream.
  • 4. melt butter and add bread crumbs stir until moistened. Top casserole and bake for 30 minutes at 350
