Steps:
- 1. Spray casserole dish with non stick. Pour riced cauliflower into casserole dish. Sprinkle seasonings onto cauliflower.
- 2. Lay chicken on cauliflower and pour pizza sauce on top of chicken.
- 3. Place mozzarella slices on top of sauce and sprinkle with pepperoni.
- 4. Cover and bake about 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and place under broiler to brown cheese.
