Chicken, Pesto, & Spinach Pizza image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 bag Pizza Dough (fresh!)
1 bottle Pesto
1 bag Mozarella Cheese
1 box Spinach / Other Greens
1 Roast Chicken

Steps:

  • 1. Set Oven to 450F
  • 2. After letting the pizza dough reach room temperature, knead it on the counter in some flour for a few minutes. Roll it out with a roller until it reaches desirable size (or about 12 in. long)
  • 3. With a spoon, spread your pesto sauce around the pizza. Leave about an inch or more empty around the outsides for the crust.
  • 4. Add cheese, small pieces of chicken, and any other desired toppings that need to be cooked
  • 5. Cook on an oiled baking pan for about 10 minutes/ until crust is starting to get hard
  • 6. Take out and add spinach/other greens/ other toppings, cook for 1-2 more minutes
  • 7. Take out, let it cool off a little bit, garnish and enjoy!
