Chicken Noodle Soup for Two image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cups water
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1 (5-ounce) can cooked chicken , undrained
2 tablespoons onions , chopped
1 bay leaf
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup , medium egg noodle , , uncooked
1 tablespoon celery , chopped
2 teaspoons dried parsley

Steps:

  • In a medium stockpot, bring water to a boil add chicken bouillon and stir to dissolve. Add chicken, onion, bay leaf and pepper bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
