CHICKEN MUSHROOM BURGERS image

Yield 8 burgers

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 lb ground chicken
1/2 lb mushrooms (finely chopped)
6 scallions (finely chopped)
5 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
1 egg, beaten
2 T italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic salt
ground black pepper to taste (1/2 tsp)

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl Mix as you would meatloaf Create 8 1/4 burgers Fry burgers in 1 Tbsp Olive oil 4 at a time Serve on toasted buns brushed with olive oil
