Chicken Kababs image

5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, trimmed and cut into 2-inch cubes
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
Salt and black pepper
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup salad oil

Steps:

  • Place the chicken cubes in a large tub. Add the granulated garlic, 1 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon pepper, then add the lemon juice and salad oil; mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Prepare a grill for high heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto 10-inch skewers, 4 cubes per skewer. Grill for 7 minutes per side, or until the chicken registers 165 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer.
